Juliana Engberg

Juliana Engberg is a curator, writer, editor and designer and since 2003 the Artistic Director of the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art. In 2019 she is the curator of the Australian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale. In 2017 she was the Programme Director of the European Capital of Culture Aarhus 2017 in Denmark. In 2014 she was the Artistic Director of the 19th Biennale of Sydney; in 1999 the Artistic Director of the Melbourne International Biennial; and the Adelaide Biennial in 1998; in 2007 curator of the Australian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale.
