Western European Art of the 15th - 19th Centuries

The exposition consists of unique works from the collection of XXI, which allow to follow the development of painting in various artistic schools of the countries of Western Europe for four centuries. Italian art is represented by masters of the 16th - 18th centuries, among them Timoteo Witti, Lodovico Matsolino, Bartolomeo Manfredi, Guido Rennie, Francesco Furini, Pietro da Cartone, Andrea Sacchi and others.

The collection of the museum also introduces the features of the Dutch art of the XVI century. on examples of works by the most prominent artists of the time: Jos van Kleve, Joachim Patinira, Jan Scorel, Peter Brueghel the Younger.

The works of the famous Dutch artists of the 16th century are presented in different genres: household paintings by Cornelis Drochslot, Andriyana van den Venn, Willem Deister, landscapes of Jan van Goyen, Classes of Molenara, Albert Cape, portraiture of Ferdinand Bol (Rembrandt's disciple), still life of Hans Van Sant, etc.
