Luca Giordano (Luca Fa Presto, b. 1634, Naples / Italy, d. 1705, Naples / Italy) was a painter and printmaker of the late Baroque and Rococo. He was court painter of Charles II. in Madrid. Famous works are Venus and Mars, The Rape of Lucretia, Dream of Solomon, The creation of man, Samson and Delilah.
