Margaret and Christine Wertheim

The twin sisters Margaret (b. 1958, Brisbane, Australia, curator, author) and Christine Wertheim (b. 1958, Brisbane, Australia, curator, author) live and work in Los Angeles. They founded the 'Institute For Figuring' in 2003, which aims to promote public understanding of the poetic and aesthetic dimensions of science and mathematics. In 2019 they will take part in the 58th Venice Biennale.
