Tom Sherman (b. 1947, Manistee, Michigan) is an artist and writer, who works with video, radio and performance. In 1997 he founded Nerve Theory, a recording and performance duo with the composer Bernhard Loibner. In 1980 he represented Canada at the Venice Biennale0. Tom Sherman is a professor of video at Syracuse University in New York.
