Victoria Noorthoorn

Victoria Noorthoorn (b. 1971, Buenos Aires) is the Director of the Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires. She studied Art History at the University of Buenos Aires, and Curatorial Studies at the Center for Curatorial Studies at Bard College, New York. She was Project Coordinator of the International Program at MoMA, New York; Assistant Curator of Contemporary Exhibitions at the Drawing Center, New York; Curator of the Malba Fundacion Costantini, Buenos Aires; Chief Curator of the 29th Pontevedra Art Biennial, Spain 2006; Chief Curator of the 7th Mercosul Biennial, Porto Alegre 2009, with Camilo Yanez; Curator of the 11th Biennale de Lyon 2011; and lives in Buenos Aires.
