Trollkrem

Trollkrem is an artist duo based in Oslo consisting of Tor Erik Bøe and Jennie Hagevik Bringaker. The project was established in 2013 aiming to create an arena for both Norwegian and international performance artists with a focus on cross-disciplinary collaborations. A Trollkrem project often involve artists from various fields and their projects spans from happenings and exhibitions to films, publications and more. The exhibition at Fotogalleriet will be Trollkrem’s first solo exhibition.

Trollkrem’s exhibition at Fotogalleriet discusses performance art and the genre’s relationship to documentation, where the image or a video of an action in time and space tends to be the only tangible evidence of the event's actual existence.
