In autumn 2004, Ateneum will offer an extensive coverage of the art of Albert Edelfelt, as we celebrate the 150th anniversary of this beloved painter on 21 July, 2004. The exhibition will include all of Edelfelt’s masterpieces. Edelfelt was the first Finnish artist to reach international acclaim. He was also a brilliant cultural attaché.
