Cristina Iglesias. Metonymy

Cristina Iglesias, the winner of the National Prize for the Visual Arts in 1999, is one of the artists who, since the second half of the 1980s, has done the most to help Spanish art achieve international recognition. With a selection of over fifty pieces, the exhibition examines her extensive production - from the beginning of her career, in the mid 1980s, up to the present - revealing the fundamental and formative contribution that Iglesias has made to sculpture, both public and private.
