Décomplexés / Without complex

The exhibition, Without complex, presents three contemporary positions in painting (French and German) that share a certain impartiality in treating major historical iconographies, styles and esthetics which are generally perceived today as old-fashioned, politically incorrect and/or anachronistic.

Norbert Bisky (born in Leipzig, Germany, 1970; lives in Berlin) and Steven Black (born in Melbourne, Australia, 1973; lives in Leipzig) will exhibit in France for the first time at this occasion. Gregory Forstner, born in Douala, Cameroon, 1975, lives in Nice. Pressetext
