Pamela Rosenkranz opens the art show Our Sun on Thursday 29 October 2009 at 6.30 at the Swiss Institute in Venice. Born in 1979 in Sils-Maria in Switzerland, the artist currently lives and works in Zurich. On the occasion of her first Italian solo show she will present new works closely connected to the city that investigate the relation that different cultures establish with our planet, revealing the ambiguity that lies in the concept of light, often linked to an idea of truth and faith. On parallel with the exhibition, a series of events centered on the city of Venice, curated by the artist, will also take place.
