The Mystic Gardner

Where in the Netherlands do you find a museum space that also serves as an orchid greenhouse, an orangery and a henhouse? In the Bonnefanten Hedge House, nature and culture dance a loving pas de deux and hens scratch around contentedly. The ten artists in The Mystic Gardener are permeated by the world, while investigating the unfathomable nature of art and of their work in dialogue with nature, with apparent stoicism. The works come from various private collections in the Netherlands and Belgium.
