press release

The exhibition presents, for the first time in Argentina, the most emblematic works of Yves Klein. The artist, of daring and infinite artistic career, continues to inspire new generations of artists worldwide. The exhibition brings together his first monochromatic paintings of 1955; his famous saturated blue monochromes; his fire paintings; his rain and wind Cosmogonies; the series of Sponge-Sculptures and his works on gold. Klein is also one of the precursors of happenings, with his public Antropometries, and his Leap Into the Void, amongst others.
