The Nevada Museum of Art will present An International Legacy: Selections from Carnegie Museum of Art from January 18 through April 4, 2004. Drawn from Carnegie museum’s rich holdings of contemporary art from around the world, the exhibition, organized by guest curator Sheryl Conkelton, surveys the dominant trends in art of the last thirty years. Organized by the American Federation of Arts (AFA) and Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburgh, An International Legacy features nearly 50 key works from the collection.

Support for An International Legacy has been provided by the Founders Circle of the AFA and The Henry L. Hillman Foundation. Local presentation of An International Legacy at the NMA is generously sponsored by International Game Technology (IGT).
