Sarah Lucas (born 1962 in London) is a sculptor, installation artist and photographer. She studied at the Working Men's College, London College of Printing, and Goldsmith's College. During the 1990s she became known as a member of the Young British Artists. Her provocative work examine Conventions and drive the absurdity of everyday life at the top.
Lucas is represented by Sadie Coles HQ, London, Barbara Gladstone, New York, and Contemporary Fine Arts, Berlin (CFA).
