William Turner

William Turner (Joseph Mallord William Turner, b. 1775, London, d. 1851, London) was an Romantic artist and one of the most important English artists. His works include water colours, oils and engravings. He was a member and a professor of the Royal Academy in London. William Turner studied at the Royal Academy Schools.
